Yes. Each person joins, consents, and completes the Ready Check on their own iPhone. Nobody can start or lock another person's phone.
What happens if someone unlocks early?
Unlock Early clears the pause on that person's iPhone. The other participants can keep their moment running.
Can DuoLock see which apps I selected?
Your app choices stay private on your iPhone and are not shared with the group.
Can I change my mind before the moment starts?
Yes. Consent and readiness belong to each participant. If someone is not ready, the moment does not start for the active group.
Do I need an account to join?
Yes. Each participant signs in to DuoLock on their own iPhone before joining the group in person.
