What to Include

To help us reproduce the issue, please include:

• your DuoLock app version and build number
• your iOS version and iPhone model
• the steps that led to the problem
• what you expected and what happened instead

Do not send pairing codes, invite links, Sign in with Apple details, Screen Time selections, app or website names, or private recap reflections.

Screen Time Safety

You can use Unlock Early in DuoLock to clear this iPhone's active shield immediately. You can also revoke DuoLock's Screen Time permission in iOS Settings.
